Is that a threat or a promise?

I got this ad in my mail today and it just seems off. I mean, isn't this something a stalker would say? Who wrote this guy's copy??? Incidentally, it's an ad for a guy (this specific guy apparently) who helps your workplace become more environmentally friendly. Weird.
