Herbie Stop!

Shawn and I are threatened daily with strings, leashes, and ropes spread across various parts of the yard, usually across the walkway. Andy just loves to hook things to things, hook ropes together, tie ropes (the other day when we asked what he wanted to do for a fun day, he said "tie ropes!"). Last week, he decided Herbie was in grave risk of walking too close to the street. So, he strung this string/leash combo across the walkway to stop him. That wasn't enough though - he wanted a clearer message, so he asked me to write on his white balloon, then tied that to the rope.
